Our December 2011 Club Meeting was held at our annual Christmas Dinner party.

Lemon Peppered Chicken
Pan roasted breast topped with a tomato cream sauce, served over white rice and a side mixed veggies.
Grilled Pork Chops
Served with a tangy mustard cream sauce, served with bacon mashed potatoes and fresh green beans.
Bangers and Mash
Pan seared sausage atop horseradish mashed potatoes then topped with an onion gravy along with green peas.
