Get Your Own Unique Email Address

The NTNOA server has enough unique email addresses available for every member to have their own. Many members could simply use their first names, e.g., john@ntnoa.org.  This makes for a short and easy to remember email address.

These are full featured email addresses that you can add to your existing email client software like Outlook, Eudora or Outlook Express.  You can also use their online Webmail program in addition to your own email client or by itself.

Using WebMail you can check your email from any computer's browser with internet access. Other features include the ability to forward email, customize your spam filter and change your profile. The WebMail program is impressive.

If you would like an NTNOA email address send an email to ntnoa@ntnoa.org with your desired email address and password.

To set up your email account on your computer's email program like Outlook Express you need to set the incoming POP mail server to mail.ntnoa.org and the outgoing SMTP server to mail.ntnoa.org

You can accessing your email from any computer that has internet access through iPower's WebMail program by visiting: http://www.ipower.com/mail and login using your full email address and password.

This is what the current login screen looks like.

After login you will see this screen.  You can put a check in the box at the bottom so that WebMail will always open to your Inbox.  Once on this page you should view and customize your Preferences and Setup.  You can get online help by clicking on "Help" from the top line menu.

This is what the Inbox looks like.

Spam Filtering
The new platform offers improved spam-fighting tools to help to reduce the amount of spam you receive, as well as more flexibility for how you would like to handle it. Manage your spam filter settings >>

Whitelists/Blacklists: You can continue to maintain your whitelists (allow all messages from a particular sender) and blacklists (block all messages from a particular sender). We will transfer any of the manually inputted whitelist and blacklist addresses you currently have over to the new platform.

Sign in using your full email address and password.   Note: The username for any email account is the full email address. For example, if you create an email account called info, the username for this account would be: info@ntnoa.org.

The Online WebMail Help Guide looks like this.

When setting up your mail client software such as Outlook use mail.ntnoa.org for both your incoming and outgoing POP3 mail server.  In Outlook it would be:
POP3: mail.ntnoa.org
SMTP: mail.ntnoa.org
