Bangers and Mashed
Two English bangers served over mashed potatoes and topped with and onion gravy and accompanied by green peas. Hot chardonnay mustard served on the side.

Butterflied Pork Chop
Finished with a mustard cream sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Grille Salmon
Atop a tomato dill cream sauce and served with white rice and a vegetable medley.
