For the eleventh year our December meeting and Christmas Dinner Party was at the Spirit Grille at 4030 N. MacArthur Blvd., Suite 112 in Irving on Saturday, Dec. 18th at 6pm.

More than 100 members and guests attended the party and all had a wonderful time.

Two years since we were here last and back then, one of the bartenders won this door prize. A 3x2 plaque with our logo in High Life bottle caps. Just found out that it’s been in pride of place above the bar since! And of course, High Life was Clay’s first choice (and therefore ours as well). So that’s the Xmas Spirit off to a racing start.

Two Cumberland bangers topped with onion gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and green peas.

Pork Medallions

Grilled pork loin medallions topped with a spicy mustard sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

Grilled Salmon

Salmon topped with a tomato dill cream sauce. Served with white rice and a vegetable medley.
