The Devils Arrow was the original name of the streamliner. It wasn't known as the Texas Ceegar until later. In fact, it was never officially known as the Texas Ceegar to the international press. In England it was widely known as the Mangham, Wilson, Allen Streamliner. Or, sometimes just, the Johnny Allen Streamliner.
