Our 2016 February Club Meeting was at Eurosport Cycle on Sunday, Feb. 28^th.

The weather was delightful for our club meeting especially for February with temps in the mid 70's.  As a result almost all members rode to the meeting including Paul Valentine who rode his Moto Guzzi.  Most members and guests arrived early to socialize and look over the various assortment of new Aprilia, Ducati and Triumph motorcycles in the showroom and the antique motorcycles ridden to the meeting.

Dennis Tackett started the meeting at 2pm and thanked Tony and Martha for hosting the meeting at their dealership.  Four new members were introduced along with a couple of guests.  There was no old business to discuss.

Dennis outlined the upcoming club events which in chronological order are the club sponsored track-day at Cresson Motorsports Ranch on March 14th, our March club meeting and swap meet at Big 'D' Cycle on Saturday, March 26th, the annual Spring Hill Country Ride in and around Leakey, TX from 28 April to May 1st.  Our Lake O' the Pines Rallye is 29 September to 2 October at Diamond Don's campground.  Note: this is a change in venue.  We will not be back at Big Cypress Marina but just outside of Jefferson about a mile north on highway 49.

Other events includ the Texas Thaw / Vintage Drags & Car Show, March 4th & 5th at the North Star Dragway in Denton.  The All British & European Car Day on May 1st at White Rock Lake and the British Motorcycle Owners Association (BMOA) Rallye May 13th thru the 15th at Lake Somerville.  The BMOA is our sister organization in Houston.  Both the NTNOA and the BMOA were founded in 1984.
