Our President's Trip to the INOA International Rallye at Torrey, UT

Clay Walley rode his Triumph Sprint ST to Torrey, UT in July '07 to present a proposal to have the NTNOA host the INOA rally in 2009.  Although the voting was very close the members voted to have their 2009 rally in Colorado in July instead of Texas in October.  The main reason was the reluctance to have their rallye in October since many bring their families and didn't want to leave their kids behind.
