Our 2016 July Club Meeting was at Richard's Little House on Sunday, July 31st.
Thanks to the spectacular
venue this was the largest turnout for a club meeting in the club's 32 year history with close to 100 in attendance. Most arriving hours before the formal meeting at 2pm.
The club can't thank Richard enough for the spectacular atmosphere and wonderful lunch provided which included steaks and salmon.
Dennis Tackett was our MC for the meeting. The first order of business was the introduction of new members and guests of which there were many of both. There was no old business to discuss.
Dennis summarized the "Wild West Ride" which was a ride to and from the 2016 INOA Rallye in Quincy, CA. On Saturday, July 10th, Club President Richard Asprey, Rallye Chairman Dennis Tackett and
Club Treasurer Michael Mediterraneo along with Chris Parry and Ben D'Avanza flew to Los Angles where they met up with Alton Gillespie who trailed their vintage Brit bikes there. On Sunday, they joined the
Southern California Norton Owners Club and rode their antique bikes to Quincy for the INOA Rallye. After spending two days there they got on their modern bikes that were trailered to Quincy by Dave
Lyles and took six days to ride home. Clay Walley met up with them in Ouray, CO for the rest of the ride home. The ride home along with the route for each day can be found by

Dennis mentioned the 32 Annual Lake O' the Pines Rallye that will be at Diamond Don's Motorsports Park which is just one mile north of Jefferson on Hwy 49.
