The March 2010 Club Meeting

Our March 2010 Club Meeting was at Pappas Bar-B-Q on 28 March at 2PM

Our March meeting was held in conjunction with the Rockers vs. Mods Annual Rally.

On Saturday the Rockers rode from the Belmont Hotel to Big D Cycle for snacks and a Cafe Racer/Discovery Channel movie shoot. Dennis Tackett and Clay Walley cooked over 200 hamburgers and hotdogs. At 2PM the Rockers rode from Big D to Lee Harvey's. The club sold raffle bike tickets at both Big D and Lee Harvey's which generated over $700. A big thanks to John Emerson for transporting the raffle bike along with signs, t-shirts and pop-up from Richard Asprey's little house to both Big D Cycle and Lee Harvey's and back to the little house.

On Sunday after the meeting there was a group ride from Pappas Bar-B-Q to The 5 & Dime in Dallas.
